Compendium Living has begun work as the Lead Developer Partner for Hull City Council, on the regeneration of the Ings area of Hull.
We were delighted to be celebrating the start on site of the first development of this project in Hull on 29th January, along with our partners Hull City Council and Chevin Housing Association.
The first development, on Perivale Close, will see 65 first class new homes built for outright sale, shared ownership and affordable rent. It is the first phase of our major redevelopment of the Ings area, which forms part of a masterplan developed by the community, council and Compendium Living for the transformation of Ings, which will see over 700 new mixed-tenure homes built in the area over the next 15 years.
