We are delighted to have just launched the highly anticipated fourth phase of The Leeway development in Hull. This marks another significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of the Ings area of East Hull with Hull City Council. To celebrate the start of sales on the new phase, we held a ribbon-cutting event on Friday 16th June at the Marketing Suite located at Saltshouse Road, HU8 9HH.

The Leeway development by Compendium Living showcases a range of stylishly designed 2, 3 and 4-bedroom open market homes. These homes have been thoughtfully designed to meet the highest standards of comfort, functionality and style.

Senior members of the council attended the ribbon-cutting, including Councillor Paul Drake-Davis, the Portfolio Holder for Regeneration & Housing.  Also present was Ben Hanson, new Head of Strategy, Market Intervention and Growth at the council, and local ward councillors.  The council representatives were able to take a first look at the revitalised Marketing Suite and witness the positive impact The Leeway development has had on the Ings area.

Following the ribbon-cutting, we gave council representatives a tour of the area to review first hand the outstanding progress made in the development.

Bruce Lister, Managing Director at Compendium Living also attended, stating: “The Leeway development demonstrates our shared vision to create thriving communities that stand the test of time. We take great pride in working alongside our valued partners to bring this regeneration scheme to life. The Leeway development exemplifies our dedication to sustainable, long-term development.

Ian Anderson, Hull City Council’s Director of Legal Services and Partnerships said:

“Compendium Living is playing a vital role in Hull’s housing regeneration programme. They have an excellent track record for building modern, energy efficient mixed tenure developments.  These are transforming the Ings neighbourhood and contributing to creating more sustainable communities.”
