Once again, we were delighted to support Hull City Council’s ‘Make a hanging basket’ workshops in Ings, east Hull.
This is the second year we have contributed to this annual event, which the council has held in the area for several years. Ings residents who attend the workshops receive free hanging baskets, plants and compost. Council staff are on hand to guide them through the steps to plant up the baskets. Residents can then take their planted baskets away, to brighten up their homes.
The recently refurbished Ings Resource Centre once again hosted this event, which was well-attended, as the photo of one of the busy workshops clearly shows.
We hope some of the baskets may even be found on The Leeway, the first of our developments in Ings! The Leeway is a fantastic development of two, three and four bedroom homes, designed to regenerate this part of Hull. Find out more about this project in the Projects section of this website, here.
