In light of current advice from the government, we are now beginning to re-open our construction sites and some of our Sales & Marketing Suites in a limited way.

Appropriate revised and enhanced procedures and systems have been put in place to support social distancing for both our employees and customers, and we will continue to make use of telephone or digital methods for our sales activity where possible.  Details of re-opening times for our Marketing Suites will be available through our new homes website; however customers can still contact our regional sales teams via telephone and digital methods if they would prefer to do so, details of which are on the development pages of the homes-for-sale website.  We encourage you to continue to use the new homes website, where you can see the latest availability of new homes, pricing, download brochures and, in some cases, take virtual tours of our show homes.

If you are a customer who has recently reserved a Compendium Living home but have not yet moved in, we assure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure your move goes smoothly and with minimal inconvenience to you. If you have a completion due to take place soon, our sales teams will be in touch to make specific arrangements.

Our construction sites have restarted in a phased and restricted manner, with limited numbers of workers on site at any one time, additional and enhanced PPE and updated procedures, to facilitate social distancing and ensure that required safety and hygiene measures are enforced.  We remain committed to delivering new communities, and will work with our partners to ensure that our operations continue safely. However, we need to be open and honest with you about the fact that your homebuying experience may still be affected by COVID-19 safety measures. We will endeavour to keep you updated and informed of any changes.

For customers already living in a new Compendium Living home, our customer care provider, Lovell, will continue to provide the best after sales service they can, although please be aware that it may take longer to respond on some occasions as the situation develops. We will continue to prioritise emergencies.
