Following the recent announcement of a new national lockdown, in line with the current advice and guidance from the government, our construction sites and our Sales & Marketing Suites remain open for now.  Visits to our Marketing Suites and Show Homes are, however, by appointment only – please visit our new homes website for contact details for these.

Appropriate revised and enhanced procedures and systems were put in place following the previous lockdown to support social distancing and Covid-safe practice for both our employees and customers, and these remain in place.  We fully understand that there may be customers who would prefer not to visit the Sales & Marketing Suites in the current circumstances, and so we will continue to offer telephone or digital alternatives for our sales activity where possible.  Customers can therefore still contact our regional sales teams via telephone and digital methods if they would prefer to do so, details of which are on the development pages of the homes-for-sale website.  We encourage you to continue to use the new homes website, where you can see the latest availability of new homes, pricing, download brochures and, in some cases, take virtual tours of our show homes.

For customers already living in a new Compendium Living home, our customer care provider, Lovell, will continue to provide the best after sales service they can, although please be aware that it may take longer to respond on some occasions as the situation develops. We will continue to prioritise emergencies.
