The much-anticipated new show homes on the final phase of our hugely successful Weston Heights development in Stoke-on-Trent opened their doors in March.
The launch of the three new show homes marks a milestone for this fourth – and last – phase of development at Weston Heights, which was our award-winning first major regeneration project, and as such holds a special place in our hearts.
The development of Weston Heights, built on the site of a once-ailing ex-coal mining estate that sadly fell into decline in the 1980s and 90s, has revitalised the neighbourhood. The semi-rural location and varied, well-designed homes have attracted a wide range of buyers to what is once again a flourishing community, with new families living alongside original residents.
