This month has seen the opening of our new show homes at The Leeway development, marking a milestone in the delivery of our long-term regeneration project with Hull City Council in the Ings area of Hull.
Homes are now available to buy on The Leeway, which is the first phase of the redevelopment of Ings, and the two show homes opened to the public on Saturday 23rd January. On the 27th, we were delighted to host a special viewing for local stakeholders and partners that we are working with on this project, to celebrate this landmark moment.
The event was attend by senior figures from Hull City Council, our RSL partner Together Housing and the Homes and Communities Agency, along with other consultants and agencies helping to deliver the project.

Phase one at The Leeway will provide 65 new homes. Over the next 15 years, the Ings regeneration project will provide the community with more than 700 high quality, modern and environmentally friendly homes, as well as good links to surrounding facilities.
